<![CDATA[Colostrum for 30 days - my experience]]>So I'm 24, a lot of acne in my back (know it's mainly gut health-liver-hormones) so I decided to tried colostrum supplements for 30 days as it's known to be very good for gut health.
What I've noticed:

  • more frequent bowel movements
  • that leads to less acne especially on my back (lactoferrin inside colostrum and epidermal growth factor plays key roles here)
  • no more ankle pain (I had this inflammation for 6 months! - even visited chiropractor who did nothing - it's my biggest surprise with colostrum)
  • felt a bit euphoric on it sometimes on high dose (>5g)
  • my back is larger? (i'm not sure but I know there's Igf-1 and Igf-2 and it has anabolic effects on VERY high dose)
