<![CDATA[Arsenic poisoning PDH]]>Lactate is sky high! Around 3-4 morning fasting and easily 6-8 mid day. B1 and Mag blood tests came back strongly in range. Taking Energin, ALA and Riboflavin but those aren't making a difference. Also experiencing signs of low ACH.

Pyrucet and caffeine used to work but now I dont feel anything at all when I take.

All this leads me to suspect my high arsenic is poisoning my PDH. Keto helps (which makes me think PDH is being bypassed) but obviously is hard to maintain.

Has anyone successfully lowered arsenic in HTMA? My homocysteine is not elevated so methylation should be OK but arsenic is not going down.
