Not MCC...]]></title><description><![CDATA[<p dir="auto">What the title says. Old interviews with Ray and others on GE suggest that pure cellulose is the GOAT of insoluble fibers. But it is extremely hard to find given that sources only seem to be selling MCC (Microcrystalline Cellulose ) which is also supposedly very unsafe to take according to Ray.</p>
