I may be mistaking Exemestane for a different compound (anastrozole) - but it may lower IGF-1 levels which is probably not ideal if you're in the normal range already.</p>
<p dir="auto">AFAIK DHEA's main/only concern is aromatization, which Exe does a good job at keeping at bay.</p>
<p dir="auto">It would be best if you knew what your estrogen levels were prior to doing this or at least testing after you're through this to see if you're too high. Odds are you likely won't crash it with 3mg exe.</p>
<p dir="auto">You may consider the whole cycle is "pointless" if you don't have an end goal and reason in mind to take these. I don't expect an already healthy person to see a large upside to this protocol.</p>
