I hardly ever wake up during the night, yet I never feel refreshed. I also tried around 100 mg of B1 and B3, but neither of them helped. The only thing that has helped me so far is methylene blue. Taking 1 mg reduced my sleep time to about 7.5 hours, and I still felt better. I also tried baking soda in case lactic acid was the problem, but that didn't help either. What should I do? I don't feel any different after eating carbohydrates. I procrastinate so much that it's become a serious problem. I also have hair loss and skin issues. So Basically, I feel like my body is stuck in hibernation mode. Note: I've tried all of these both separately and in combination.

Dog hanging with me had 2 big cavities, big holes, i started giving him one can of sardine a day recently and seemingly one of the holes almost fully filled in and there is a tiny hole left. Can you expend on your diet, and wich supps have you tryed such as k2 and what impact it had? Manganese can be goated for teeths hardness, whiteness and opacity, cavities, hard dental plaque. If you heavy on sugar, dairy, even more so

She's still in the process of figuring out what the best step would be with the deviated septum. The sleep study is still pending. Maybe she will chose surgery but it's not her first choice.

It's pretty common, and a lot of people say the surgery is life-changing. I think it may have messed up my thyroid as well, especially when combined with a high PUFA intake. Mouth breathing at night is probably causing low CO₂, so I tried baking soda, but it didn't make any difference. Does eating carbs before bed help her sleep? Or is she unable to oxidize glucose properly, just like me? I'm going to try a higher dose of B1, and if that doesn't work, I'll probably try aspirin or thyroid supplements.

My main problem is that carbohydrates don't seem to do anything for me, even when I take them with B1 and B3. If I can't properly oxidize glucose, my thyroid function probably won't improve either, but I just can't seem to get my body to use glucose efficiently. I'm planning to try a higher dose of B1, and if that doesn't help, I'm considering trying 160+ mg of aspirin.

OK, good to mention.
For me, procrastination = delay + bad mood and absence of satisfaction
When procrastination is linked to a bad mood—often the case in an insidious way—they form a vicious cycle rooted in emotion regulation: avoidance offers immediate relief but subsequently leads to some guilt and “weak stress”, possibly intensifying feelings of distress or no-satisfaction.
The trap of the "I'll deal with it tomorrow" mindset is that we think we are dodging the unpleasant task and the associated “stress”, when in reality, we are merely changing their nature.
Even without panicking, putting things off creates a sort of negative background noise in one's mind. It is a form of transient micro-anxiety. The brain knows the task is waiting, maintaining a low-level, an unconscious state, subtly dragging down one's mood. What I call negative waves. Except if you smoke marijuana to get rid of these waves. Temporary effect + habituation.
And when the time comes to get moving, there is a reinforcing effect: the body releases a small surge of adrenaline—just the boost needed to shake off the lethargy.
In short, it’s no major crisis, but a sense of comfort marred by a hormonal cocktail dispensed in dribs and drabs. The body ought to be able to overcome these inconveniences, provided the metabolism isn't walking a tightrope (in terms of hormonal balance and regulation).
