<![CDATA[Regenerating the liver, euliver]]>My liver has been badly damaged by finasteride, fasting, low thyroid, chronic endotoxin, SIBO, estrogen excess, and reductive metabolism/lactate.

I’ve found that I do better with more T3 and a peaty diet, but I’m looking to really make progress on my liver health.

What are some substances that have good ROI for improving liver health and capability?

So far I’ve found calcium d-glucarate, caffeine + K2, CO2, TUDCA, taurine, and niacinamide.

Any others you guys can think of? Any advice on dosing? I’ve used the others in small amounts, but never used CDG.

Hi,
Desmodium ascendens to protect the liver. Protection but no detox stimulation.
No overload at the evening meal (no red meat, nor alcohol).
