I’ve tried many different supplements(B1-B3-q10 ect), but the only one that has actually worked for me is methylene blue. If there really is a bottleneck in my mitochondria, what should I do to get rid of it? I know I should take vitamin E and aspirin and consume saturated fats. Any other suggestions?</p>
