I’m preparing it the proper manner, dissolving one 325mg tablet it in some hot water with baking soda, until it fizzes and disappears. Then I mix that dissolved aspirin water with coffee/sugar, and consume it with a large breakfast. The mornings I do this routine, I notice better sleep that night. I awake with better verbal fluency the next day and my mind just works better.

The problem is if I keep repeating the aspirin for breakfast my sleep starts deteriorating, usually starting the very next night. I have a hard time getting to sleep, and have that half-sleep / not-sure-if-you-actually-slept type night, and wake up tired and unrefreshed. I’ve repeated this many times and aspirin is the culprit.

What do you think is happening? It is GI irritation, or something to do with the COX/prostaglandin inhibition? I'll can try slowly ramping up to 1 tablet, maybe starting with 1/4 tablet for a few days and see if that negatively affects me? Or is just 325mg too much for me? Ray said that the stomach does get used to the aspirin irritation after a few days and becomes adapted to it. He also said you can get most of the benefits from 200–300mg.

Thanks for reading. Any help is much appreciated!

Not in the mk7 form, but the natural mk4. If the doses of aspirin are that high, you should be supplementing K2 daily, 1-5 mg. Otherwise you are risking blood thinning, not sure if the thing you are experiencing is a sign of that, either way it is paramount you are taking K2 with something fatty.

Also how much sugar? Keep in mind that both caffeine and aspirin accelerate your metabolism, maybe more sugar is needed than you think.

One last thing, beware of the cofactors (magnesium, inotisol, taurine, copper, vit A, B1, niacimide etc) - when you increase your metabolism and refined sugar intake, these and many other will deplete faster. Swithing to honey or unrefined will not work, they are quite poor in these things as well (just a bit better than white sugar).
