RE: Testosterone worldwide
@insufferable definitely interested. Moved to experimental logs category.
-
RE: CO2 baths
@eric nope, heard a lot of great stories though. Probably worth it albeit it is very costly.

RE: Strangest Placebo Effect You've Encountered and How I Vomited for Eight Hours
@LinDaiyu barely related to your story once when i was young i didn’t want to go to school so i took every soap in the shower and made a sludge out of it and ate some trying to get sick and vomit and it didn’t happen i didn’t even feel sick. Was probably 6-8?

RE: Lower limit MB dose to cause significant pigment alteration in urine
Yeah i would say upper dose is 2.5mg, i will most likely drop down to 1mg 2x weekly, on days i lift weights

RE: Shoulder clicking when pressing
@Neigher sounds like the same concept as knees cracking, which isn’t a huge issue. But do a lot of work with resistance bands to open up and engage to shoulder before workouts

RE: CO2 Bag Baths
@dannyphantom i will be posting a thread about co2 baths tonight as well, not doing it same way as you Danny, so we can compare.

RE: Waking up at 3AM
@GuantanamO-Shea second this, it’s the lack of salt. As soon as i started adding small amount salt to my ice cream i would sleep entirely throughout the night, if i ever forgot salt I’d wake up at 2am to piss

RE: Low Testosterone and Blood Work
@dannyphantom I’m not sure. I’ve never gotten my blood drawn for T levels. I’d rather not know and just go by feel, and i feel great. If i feel like shit for a few weeks something needs to change etc. But you went through Marek health which is a very reputable company, especially for athletes, so i am sure they know what they are doing. I would test again in 3-6 months to see if anything changes.

RE: Liver marinade from Ancient Rome
@herayclitus sounds very tasty. Only way I’ve gotten liver down is through liverwurst, which i love.

RE: How bad for you is weed if you're trying to be peaty.
Not being stressed about smoking weed is probably the best, same if you’re going out to dinner. Just treat it as a night of fun just like you would treat going out to dinner with your family. Smoking weed becomes a major problem when you’re doing it multiple times / week just like eating out. With that said, it increases serotonin so I’d just recommend taking some cypro if you have some.

RE: Low Testosterone and Blood Work
@dannyphantom you could’ve also just gotten blood drawn at a low point in your T levels like @tea said. Guys on /fit/ used to recommend not going outside for a week to lower vit d and get bad sleep for a few days before getting their T levels checked so they could get prescribed TRT.

RE: wisdom tooth trouble shooting
@Juri ah interesting lol. I love this apagard paste, truly a game changer. In that case I’m not sure what else you could do besides wait it out, although i don’t have much expertise in this area.

RE: Low Testosterone and Blood Work
@dannyphantom to bring up T, I’d just lift weights but do not overtrain. 4 days max for me. Sprints also help for people, once, maybe twice a week. Better sleep, get in the sun more. Tongkat Ali and Fadogia agrestis helps people but they are not an end all be all.

RE: wisdom tooth trouble shooting
@Juri for pain, aspirin + caffeine most likely your friend. As for teeth health, high dose k2 mk4 (5mg) which will also prevent blood thinning from aspirin, as well as calcium and vitamin d. maybe look into hydroxyapatite toothpaste (i use apagard), but that most likely will only be beneficial once the tooth has breached the gums.

RE: Idealabs on your ball sack?
@a-serious-man I’ve tried gonadin and didn’t notice anything, in bellybutton i noticed small effect on the other hand. Kuinone on the other hand have heard lots of anecdotes of strong effects when applied to scrotal nutsack region

RE: Cruciferous vegetables
@Goonster you should be able to get away with them if they are very well cooked. Maybe with some saturated fat like butter. But of course, if they cause stomach discomfort / indigestion in any way, steer clear.
