How to recover from sleeping too much?
-
A constant sleep pattern, frequent exercise, and a balanced diet help recover from excessive sleep. Wake up and go to bed at the same time each day to gradually regulate the body's internal clock. Physical exercise throughout the day improves sleep and reduces tiredness. Nutrition and hydration also offer energy throughout the day. Consult a doctor if extreme drowsiness persists after lifestyle adjustments. To treat daytime drowsiness caused by narcolepsy, Modalert 200 might be administered to boost alertness and productivity.

@darcymiller hi there, I have the opposite problem. I can't sleep for more than 6 or 7 hours per night. Sometimes I wake up very early like 4h45am. But I am not tired during the day. I do quite well in terms of energy. But if I remember Dr Peat said it was better to sleep for 8 hours minimum so if you have any tips I would love to. Thanks
