Supplement induced autism attacks?

This is not a joke. I have reliably reproduced this with doses of pregnenolone >60mg, and occasionally with a regular B vitamin complex, both Pure Encapsulations brand, but only during the month of March/early April (seriously). I'm not going to pretend that I'm a social butterfly otherwise, but during these attacks I basically become a sperg, right down to telltale traits like weird gait and being unable to actually look people in the eyes. If it weren't happening to me, it might be interesting, as there might be some insight into what actually causes autistic symptoms or whether "autism" as a psychological phenomenon is largely physiological in origin. The symptoms include
- can't maintain eye contact with people at all. depending on the severity, not even with my immediate family members
- extreme social avoidance to the point of wanting to sit in a dark closet
- sweating greatly diminished and can't regulate body temperature well
- poor muscle tone, getting a pump becomes impossible. strength is about the same but endurance goes to shit, get crampy fast
- my voice becomes nasally, flat, and quiet
- not just eye contact with other people but looking directly forward becomes difficult. if I don't look upward or gaze at the ground, I get an uncomfortable sensation in my eyeballs themselves and the back of neck. at its worst, I had to pull over while driving because I couldn't look at the road
- saliva becomes much thinner or dries up entirely
- akathisia, but only on the back half of my body, seemingly originating from my spine. ie. nape of the neck, shoulder blades, triceps, hamstrings, lower back. only relief comes from adopting the so-called "sperg/nerd posture" of rounded shoulders, craned neck, arms held awkwardly above the waistline for no apparent reason. this goes to "tard pose" where I have to hold my arms to my chest t-rex style. at its most severe, I have to lay down and adopt the fetal position until the feeling subsides
- all fine movements slightly more difficult, less automatic, and noticeably less smooth
- extreme sensitivity to social rejection/awkwardness
- a heaviness in my forehead and brow makes it difficult to move them and thus emote at all
- endless farting and burping
- low(er) frustration tolerance, minor setbacks basically make me feel like throwing a tantrum
- diarrhea and/or constipation
- insatiable appetite for carbs and dairy
- lasts a few hours to a few days
- toe-walking (had this previously due to tight achilles, but it gets worse)
I figure this was either some sudden flood of serotonin or acetylcholine, but 4mg cyproheptadine did nothing at all to relieve the symptoms, so it's not serotonin. I unfortunately took SSRIs in the past and experienced a few of these symptoms, could it possibly be released from fat storage and cause all this? Impurities in the supplements? Some other deficiency greatly exacerbated? Gut aggravation and endotoxin release? Vitamin D from the increased sunlight fucking something up? Hopefully it's not Parkinson's or some shit.

@SmallPeatnis said in Supplement induced autism attacks?:

Weirdly specific. What makes you say that.

I left some info in a couple of other threads that might be relevant. One is a blog link. Just a broad vax related hunch, I'm not that versed in general. You'd have to go through and read.

The only way out is through. Increase heavy metal consumption, gylcosphate, artifical colours, take tylenol every day, take SSRI's, eat high fat high complex carb meals (PUFA is a must), lower sugar intake, consider amphetamines. Eat lots of priobiotic foods like kimchi and sauerkraut. Stay indoors as much as possible.
