Coffee suddenly tastes really bitter. Using the same coffee.
Is it me or the coffee?

@Lizb How long has it been since you've noticed the change? Have you tried again with the same coffee from a different bag/jar? It could be contaminated but also could be a sign that you maybe don't need it as much as you did before right now?

@Milk-Destroyer I'm pretty sure it's a new bag. Slight doubt about that. I only have one cup a day. Coffee isn't my first love at all. I never really drank it before listening to Ray Peat.

          I'll get another bag opened.

          Many thanks. Much appreciated.

Whoever is messing with your coffee needs to stop 😁

A successful depopulation agenda requires high excess death rates, lower birth rates and for the majority to vilify those that question it.

There can be differences between batches of the same brand, or the bitter cup may have been brewed a tad stronger, less milk etc, your tastebuds today. Who knows.

A trick for bitter coffees is to add the tiniest pinch of salt, 10-20 grains, and stir. Put too much and it'll turn into a bizarro hot chocolate.

A trick for acidic coffee, which is most of them, is to put maybe an 1/8th of a teaspoon of baking soda and stir. Caution again because if you add too much you'll ruin it. Your stomach will especially thank you for adding baking soda, you may also find that you can drink more coffee this way.
