Peaty Grains?

Thinking of getting a grain mill for my eggshell calcium (mortar and pestle takes way too long, and don't want to ruin my coffee grinder), and wondering if there's any grains I can mill to make it worth it. Are those non-plain-wheat grains like einkorn, rye etc. any good from a peat perspective?
Seems like einkorn probably is not Peaty. Any other grains I should think about? Probably to make sourdough. Or is plain wheat just the best?
