Dosed too much thyroid
-
I think I took much thyroid at once, because all of a sudden my feet have been cold pretty much all the time for the last 2-3 days and there’s doesn’t seem to be any remedy for it.
Have tried aspirin, pregnenolone, coffee, copious amounts of sugar, magnesium, penicillin, protein, pyrucet, just T3, T3 and T4 and progesterone (all normally increase temps) but none of them have been able to increase temperatures beyond 97.8.
I think the dose I took was big enough to cause adrenaline that has hung around for a few days with no fix. Also, I am in a warm climate so I can go outside and warm up but the cold feet return when I go inside to 73F temps.
Any ideas?

@himblondemaxxing For adrenaline (which seems to be the prime candidate for cutting of circulation) I would use salt. Otherwise, getting enough calories, mainly carbs, as fuel for the thyroid should help get temps back up. I wouldn't rush that just in case, could be like using rocket fuel. Ive been there, done that.

@himblondemaxxing salt has helped thanks! I think it also may be a lack of calcium, because normally I had been consuming a large amount and the last few days I’ve had less.

@himblondemaxxing Good call, I've noticed a greater craving for calcium when by salt is already doing well. Lately I've been having about half a gallon of milk a day and I certainly notice the days that I have less.
