Have any women resolved fibrocystic breasts? After high dosing progesterone this winter mine seemed to have completely resolved. I was barely getting any premenstrual soreness. I lowered the progesterone and now after a few months on a lower dose they are painful and swollen again. It actually started before ovulation and has persisted through the cycle.

I assume this is an indication of high prolactin and estrogen. Am I correct? Is there anything other than progesterone that anyone has found to help?

My diet has stayed consistent and well balanced. I have been trying to figure out correct thyroid supplementation and had tapered off of Tyromax and Tyronene and was trying a low dose of Tyromix. I assume that getting the thyroid dosage dialed in is key, but I'd love to hear anyone else's experience with this symptom.

@Sippy My wife told me the other day that B-vitamins make her feel more human, as well as protein. That would make sense bc the liver loves those for detoxing. When in doubt she has an extra coffee on her days off and goes from there. Recently I had her try small doses of androsterone and that lightened her cycle substantially.
