Organic Chemistry resources?

Do you all have any resources for where I could learn about organic chemistry? I know the fundamentals of chemistry but I want to know if there are any books, PDF's, articles, etc. that can be useful if I ever want to learn how to (for example) synthesize my own medicines. If you have anything that would be useful, I'd appreciate them here.
