Searching for Simple Info on J&J COVID Vaccine + 1 Pfizer Booster

Hi all. Looking for the best simple & digestible information on COVID vaccines a few years later after awakening to Peat and others.
I took J&J and one booster for work and am curious if anyone here has links to approachable sources/resources for folks who took J&J and one booster.
It seems I inflicted irreversible damage to my body, but a lot of the info gets way too into the weeds for me. Mainly want 5-60min overview of what I did to my body in layman's terms and ideas on any potential partial remediation in the long-term. God bless.

if someone eats an oxidized seed oil fried food do they do “irreversible” damage on their body?
i dont think it’s likely you did something that extreme
it’s probably mostly put of your system in like 6-8 months. i have no research or particular knowledge to back this up but i feel like its correct
