Pregnenolone Rx but bad fillers, Health Natura instead?

Hi guys, I'm a little bit torned about my Pregnenolone options
I can get a micronized Preg compounded from a pharmacy in a capsule, which I tried in the past and liked the SR version. however it has silica as filler, and for the SR version they use hydroxypropyl methylcellulose. In the past this was really effective on raising levels/symptoms
Or opting for Health Natura powder which is pure with no fillers, but I would rather get any hormones from a pharmacy.
what do you guys think? is it more important to avoid the fillers or get a pharma grade Preg?
