Experiences with One or two Meals per day?

What are your guys experience with eating one or two meals per day? I dont just mean drinking fluids like milk all day, I mean strictly having calories and nutritious fluids at one or two times in the day. Its very common for people to report feeling very energetic (at first, at least), needing less sleep, and mental sharpness. Anyone share these benefits?
