Last couple of years i was doing the paleotard diet mostly 500g of ribeye 1-2 liters of milk a day and fruits. Well i made my self severely copper deficient for 3 years which i finally cured recently. One thing i noticed before i barely had any body hair but in the last couple of years i have become a real life Chewbacca, hair on my ears, back, shoulders, chest and extremely long. Is there any way to reverse this?

How did you diagnose copper deficiency and how did you get cured?

        Did you do labs?

Or did you just go by feelings?

I have one friend who actually had the opposite effect. He was hairless, young pretty phenotype, then went gorilla hairy, estrogenic, aged, pear shaped body on copper supplementation for a year.

@Sigma I had extreme histamine intolerance out of nowhere and white hairs even thought i am 26, i supplemented copper bisglycinate for 3 months at 4mg a day along side with cacao and liver once a week. Histamine intolerance is long gone and my hair is back to been it's original color. Another thing that i noticed i had large patches of white spots on my nails which is supposed to be associated with zinc deficiency when i supplemented copper those spots disappeared.

@Sigma I tried to cure my copper deficiency naturally like most retards on the old forum recommended with liver cacao mushrooms etc. Didn't work for almost 2 years only copper bisglycinate helped to cure me completely.

@mightycoomer interesting. But you still considered the cacao and liver helpful?

Check out my thread please bro.

I have extreme copper deficiency and low ceruloplasmin but I am scared of supping copper.

I used to megadose zinc but drifnitely imbalanced myself further.

Funnily enough I used to have those white spots also but they actually went away with zinc supplementation but I have long theorized how improving copper status could also improve intracellular zinc status and bioavailability. Since Ive heard a few people improving their zinc status with copper supplementation.

@Sigma hey bro definitely if you are copper deficient start with 2mg and use up to max 4mg for 2-3 months, it's even safe to use up to 10mg a day, cacao on it's own won't save you neither will liver if its a serious deficiency.
                  Good luck

Is there other symptoms you got during this period that you didnt mention?

@random High serotonin, anxiety, paranoia due to sleeping 3-5 hours every night and waking up multiple times during the night because of the high histamine that i experienced for the last 2 and a half years. I almost cured completely my copper deficiency and the histamine issues but i still have high serotonin.
