It used to be that after some time of not eating or an energy intensive task I would feel lightheaded, dizzy, would have brain fog and low energy, was irritable and after eating obviously these symptoms subsided as I got glucose in my body.

But lately I've starting feeling worse AFTER eating, I will wake up, feel normal and a few minutes after getting some sugar in my mouth I feel hypoglycemic, have a dizzy head and everything. It started some time ago as a feeling of a full stomach and slow digestion, now it’s just this hypoglycemic feeling.

I'm guessing it's a deficiency and the sugar causes the deficiency to get worse, but I'm eating regular food milk, oj, grapes, potatos. I also eat around 16 tbps of sucrose I might cut that back if it's causing a deficiency altough this has been happening also with just milk and grapes. I take a B complex and thiamine so it's not those.

My only guess would be magnesium because I wasn't taking enough like a week ago and I got some muscle tremors but I've been taking it since then. Maybe I need to megadose so that my body can restore levels and also keep up with the daily demand. But I'd like additional theories.

Yo, in my experience, sugar/honey first thing is the morning is bad, ripe fruits much better if they make you feel good, and even minéral water might be better than sugar first. Walking if it doesnt feel bad Can also impact how you feel from the foods you eat. I suggest try to eat more meat and/ organs from healthy animals if you are a meat eaters, it can fix symptoms that you dont necessary fix with fruits and milk. Oranges, milk can both slow down digestion, it aint a problem if After you finish eating it you feel optimal and feel that you dont need anything else, but if you finish and you dont feel optimal and still have some cravings but poor digestion, then reducing oranges and milk better. Also some foods promote stillness, some promote movement, better to follow your instinct if you feel like Lying down after drinking milk per exemple

@SanguisEtAqua dude, you eat 16 tablespoon of SUCRALOSE? what? do you mean sucrose?

are you fat? are you eating a lot of fat?

          isn't this reactive hypoglycaemia?

@eduardo-crispino Oh gosh, yes, I meant sucrose, lol.
I am not fat. My fat intake is moderate, around 2L of whole milk, small ball of ground beef, 2 eggs, butter from frying, 1-2tsps coconut oil.
Yes, I guess it is reactive hyopglycemia, I didn’t know of such a thing, I always dismissed the concept of a “sugar crash” as something fake. Will have to read up on what Dr. Ray had to say about this.
