      Hello all,

      I've been taking Royal Jelly for a bit of time with a lot of benefits, (it is quite expensive, so I can't buy it all the time). I've always liked Raw Honey, but Royal Jelly makes me feel a lot better. It's like comparing Nicotine to Tobacco or Caffeine to Coffee.

      There has been a few studies on Royal Jelly and its effects on longevity.

      According to this study, Royal Jelly increases lifespan in rats by 20% and by insects by a significant margin.

      Unfortunately, there hasn't been a ton of studies on humans, but I increase a ton of benefits from taking it.

      Apparently Royal Jelly has loads of amino acids and unique compounds that aren't found anywhere else in nature (can't recall the names however).
