SIBO yogurt

William Davis, MD coined the term SIBO yogurt in his book entitled "Super Gut: A Four-Week Plan to Reprogram Your Microbiome, Restore Health, and Lose Weight".
His SIBO yogurt had three components - (L. Gasseri, L. Reuteri, B. Coagulans . He has updated his SIBO yogurt to swap B. Coagulans for B. Subtilis.
This video explains how to ferment the yogurt. The video indicates that L. Gasseri takes up permanent residence in the GI tract.
