Hey fam, been dealing with zero libido and weak erections for many months and I’m contemplating using some substances to try and fix the problem. I’d like your feedback on the idea.

The substances I want to try introducing:
      K2
      Vitamin D
      Vitamin E
      DHEA
      Pregnenolone
      Progest-E
      Cynomel

After scouring both this forum and the low-toxin forum, I think I want to use these topically on my scrotum (I’ve tried all of these orally, with mostly negative results) And I think I might do one at a time or at least add one in at a time.

I’m not sure if I need DMSO or not. I’ve never used it. The vitamins are all in an oil format and the hormones (minus progesterone-E of course) are powders. I’d love some thoughts on this, as well as some thoughts on the whole idea.

Here’s what I already have in place:

      Macros:
      Protein 140g
      Carbs 400g
      Fat 100g
I’m 34 years old, 6’0”, 160lbs, 15% body fat (perhaps less) and somewhat muscular, but smaller than in the past.

      Diet:
      Beef
      Low-pufa eggs with butter
A2 milk, but more recently, I’ve been doing skyr (fat-free)
      Shrimp 1-2 times per week
      Oysters 1-2 times per week
      Fruit and fruit juice
      Coffee with cane sugar
      Mexican cokes here and there
      Potatoes most evenings
      Lots of salt
      Cheese
      Oat bran
      Raw carrots
      Gelatin here and there.

      Supplementation:
      Thiamax
      Sulbutiamine
      P-5-P
      Vitamin C (paleovalley)
      Liver (Heart & Soil)
Cynomel (15mcg daily. Waking temps are still 96.8-97.3, but temps are great throughout the day)
      Magnesium glycinate
      No alcohol or other vices.

      Lifestyle:
Lots of sunlight exposure 5-6 hours per day. No sunscreen, sunglasses, or shirt
Sleep is usually pretty decent, but want to get some black out curtains and get more consistent with mouth taping.
I walk 2 miles most days.
Incandescent lights at home. Very on top of light “hygiene”
I uses a sauna space red light device
I recently started practicing kegels. No change yet.

      Exercise:
Weight training 3-5 times per week
Pickleball on weekends (2-4 hours accumulatively)
Trying to get into a small amount of running.

      Sex / ejaculation:
Once, maybe twice per month due to no libido (my poor wife!).
I do not watch porn and haven’t for well over two years. Never been much into it.

As you might surmise from my supplement stack, my other challenges are with focus, mood, and dopamine. These long predated the libido issues, but most of the supplements were introduced after the libido issues arose.

I recently tied Lisuride. It helped my focus a lot, but did nothing for my libido and gave me headaches.

      Thanks for your feedback!

And here are the dose ranges I’m considering:

        MK4: 45mg.
        VitD: 2K-4KIU
        Vitamin E: 100-300 IU
        DHEA: 5-15mg
        Progesterone: 5-10mg
        Pregnenolone: 10mg
T3: 1-2mcg scrotally [on top of oral dose].
