For a while now I've regularly been taking l-citrulline and glutathione, the reduced form. L-citrulline is converted to arginine in the kidneys, which is a precursor to NO, which opens up blood vessels, which is very good for exercise (I do judo). Several studies show that glutathione, when combined with l-citrulline, improves both NO production and muscle growth (I just grabbed these few from Grok):

But only after starting Peating did I learn that NO and increased glutathione are potentially MEGA BAD. Am I cooked? In other words, would it be a good idea to quit the l-citrulline and glutathione?
