My waking body temp is 36.8° (98.2 F) but in the evening around 30min before bed it is on average 36.2° (97.2 F).

Throughout the day it is also lower than waking temp and my hands and feet are always cold.

Other symptoms indicate high metabolism though, I am very lean, can eat a lot of calories without gaining any weight, vibrant, tsh < 2, etc..
