5 years ago around the time my doctors put me on SSRIs (stopped April this year), a growth appeared on my leg about 15mm in diameter and 4mm tall. It then remained constant in size. As recently as 7 months ago, I stabbed it with an x-acto blade and could only drain blood. So, it wasn't a puss-filled space that could be drained.
On August 1st, I started taking 1g thiamine hcl, 500mg niacinamide, 100mg biotin, 10 to 30mg pregnenolone, 5mg progesterone, and 1mg cyproheptadine every day. A couple weeks later, I added aspirin and was taking about 1.2g/day and I also ramped cypro to 2mg.
On August 26th, the growth had formed a hole and had started to extract some solid paste substance; distinct from puss. I was able to squeeze a lot out and I ended up reducing the size of it by about 70%. The day before I had ramped up cyproheptadine to 8mg from 2mg.
I continued with 12 to 16mg cypro, and other supplements the same dose, for another week and then dropped cypro. Then a week after that I dropped the rest. No further changes.
On Oct 10th, I started 300mg Benfo (1g thiamine some days), 500mg niacinamide, 400IU Tocovit per day.
Nov 1st, I added 2kIU D3 + 2mg K2 MK-4.
Nov 3rd, I added ~60mg pregnenolone topically + 100 to 300mg oral pregnenolone, 0.5mg cyproheptadine (ramping up to 4mg by Nov 13th and then down to 3mg), and some infrequent aspirin.
Today, Nov 16th, I noticed it had started to heal some more. I was able to reduce it in size again by another 15% so now only about 15% of the original growth is left.
So at this point, seeing as how the healing has happened after jumping the cypro dose, it seems like cypro has played a big part. I remember Georgi in some raypeatforum thread talking about how he has had lots of people report to him about skin growths doing something similar and ejecting material. I have, however, been unable to find the post I'm remembering. Does anyone know the context in which Georgi talked about this? Because that would give me a clue as to which supplement here is potentially pulling the most weight.
As a side note, I was taking all of these supplements to treat my mysterious chronic fatigue which I now think is due to intestinal inflammation. So my growth being healed was really not the intention here but rather a pleasant and exciting side effect. I've yet to have success with reducing intestinal inflammation and brain fog.
