Endometriosis/ Period symptoms/ Estrogen dominance?

My girlfriend recently went to the gynecologist for a check up and came back with a potential endometriosis diagnosis. She has to get another examination but that will take months..
Her symptoms are very irregular periods, full body pain on the days of the period and even up to 7 days before (especially the legs and arms), lethargy, headaches.. I thought about progesterone as lowering estrogen even seems like the mainstream way to treat this condition. It‘s just pretty hard to come by as we live in europe.
Any thoughts or tips on other things that may help? -
My girlfriend had a very similar problem which gave her painful periods, pimples on her face and back, dry skin, it affected her mood and confidence, she slept poorly and had very little appetite, she tried zinc, magnesium, vitamins A, D, E, K, vitex and pregnenolone without success.
Her symptoms worsened when she ate irritable foods, mainly wheat products.
She did not want to take progesterone or T3, so the idea was to improve her liver, thyroid and reduce intestinal irritation.
She was very underweight, in the short term, 2mg of cyproheptadine at night helped her to sleep, reduced intestinal irritation which is mainly responsible for the overproduction of serotonin, cortisol and estrogen.
She then started taking coffee with taurine, glycine, a small dose of aspirin and a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice in the morning, her mood improved quickly but she still had symptoms of hypothyroidism (cold extremities, lack of appetite), so I gave her some selenium and B vitamin complex.
She improved very quickly, her skin shines, the buttons in her back, chest and face disappeared, , she no longer feel severe pain during her periods, she sleeps better, her mood and energy improved, her appetite and digestion greatly improved.
To summarize, cyproheptadine short term, coffee with taurine, glycine, some low dose aspirin, selenium, B vitamins, reduce irritating foods for the digestive system and increase the amount of meat and fatty foods such as butter, olive oil, avocados.

Ahh those are some good suggestions, i have her take d3 and k2 which seems to help a bit at least, also gave her b6 now, coffee sometimes gives her headaches or makes her feel weird, she‘s also vegetarian which makes it hard to reduce inflammation and eat adaquate protein i feel like, gonna try the glycine and taurine, maybe the Cyproheptadine too, as poor sleep and lack of appetite also appear frequently. Also try to have her eat the carrot salad as often as possible.

@mayishima Some cream and sugar would be great with the coffee to reduce the side effects you mentioned.
At least she is not vegan, she can still manage to improve symptoms by increase butter, dairy and fish intake if she dont have problem tolerating them of course.

When she drinks coffee it‘s with lots of milk and sugar, she still has some weird symptoms :/, it might be that she has to take it with a full meal. What do you think are the concrete benefits of taurine and glycine for her? Just the sleep quality or also energy mood, improved metabolism?

@mayishima People with high serotonin and adrenalin levels as well as impaired liver function are prone to the side effects from coffee, an easy test is to see if side effects improves upon taking cyproheptadine.
As for Taurine and Glycine it is way more than just improving sleep quality, in fact, they can both be excitatory for people with low metabolism.

Yes, occasionally- that has also been my first thought, but so far i couldn’t get her to have it regularly and in my experience the benefits don‘t really kick in until maybe 5-7 consecutive days of use in a row
