Where do people get their Vitamin B1 from without supplement?

Salmon and Pork seem to be the only really mainstream foods that contain enough Vitamin B1 to really fulfill the daily recommended amount. But most people don't eat 200g of pork chops every day. How come they don't all end up deficient? Are there other major sources I am missing? This puzzles me.

Maybe look into gut bacteria and soil bacteria and how they are similar. I'm currently making a post about this but I'm still doing the reading. The bacteria in the gut can make B vits
