I will tell you how to replace starch with sugar
-
if you live in mexico or thailand it's ez. Your body crave fruit.
its negative -20 degrees where i live.I was feeling very hypermetabolic. I was fantasizing, a little spasming, walking around gaping upwards and very fast gait. I took off coat and felt extremely warm. Everyone was mirin, old womens openly gawked.
Then i go to the store and get orange juice. Feel instantly cold. Metabolism DESTROYED. OVER.
Cut-Bulk cycles favor bulking in the winter and cutting in summer mostly because starch+salt is thermogenic (as well as obesogenic) and fruit is cooling
the key to sugar during winter is to only consume sugar sources that are also thermogenic. 90% of my calories come from RED BULL. if you go to their youtube channel u will see chad in -50 degrees winter running w/abs because of their RED BULL powered bodies. I think hot chocolate, coffee, bags of clementines and gummy bears also work

@peatyourmeat Coffee seems to make me cold in winter even with 2+ tablespoons of sugar, but I think you're on to something
-
if coffee makes you anything (bad), u gotta add various powders imported from bulgaria, india, china, vietnam until u feel good
-
@peatyourmeat Most commercial fruit is toxic garbage. Go for ripe or don't eat at all. High sugar fruits suffer the most from low quality because their metabolic needs are very high and the farmers are retarded
