Just wanted to see if anyone else has had this experience? My urine sometimes smells like a sweet soy sauce, the colour was yellow but not like a deep yellow. I’d say hydration wise I don’t have any other issues that could indicate dehydration.
Does anyone else have this issue? Is there perhaps something about a high consumption of sugar that creates this smell?

@TopicalsOnBalls sometimes can happen through muscle breakdown or high ketones (caloric deficit, low protein or low carb). i notice it more when on lower calories. or if msud it might be a need for some thiamine https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/3903643/
