Best Sugar to put in your coffee?

I have recently bought loads of different sugars from the local market place these past weeks and I have been trying them all out. I'm curious on which sugar do you guys prefer in making them and which is considered the best because for me atleast I've been enjoying putting black sugar in my coffee. But I am not sure if it's just a taste preference.
In another topic I've been putting the sugar directly on top of my portafilter in the expresso and making it mix in directly with the espresso itself, which makes it a lot tastier than just mixing it in with a spoon. -

The one that's most likely contaminant/pesticide/impurity free imo.
I'm not sure about sugar in general but there are times where minimal- simple processing or refinement is desireable. And the sugar cane vs sugar beet thing, which one is most likely to be clean.

@Autism I've heard that refined sugar is better. Less impurities.
