what would be the best way to increase memory for test taking (critical thinking highly scenario based questions)? I know about increasing thiamine, decreasing pufa, caffeine.

Getting atleast 80-120 g of protein, sleeping a lot, i always sip on some fruit juice throughout my classes and vitamin b1 already mentioned
Eating liver on the day of the test, with a lot of coffee, vitamim b1 ,t3 and pregnenolone helps -
cold showers, no fap, saunamaxxing
