A Request to be Grown Ups - Ideas for Forum Rules/Moderation

If this place is to be actually useful toward the efforts of sharing bioenergetic ideas, it merely needs to be a safe forum to discuss such topics, not a free speech absolutist zone. We have twitter for that -- also where you can share Peaty ideas without getting banned.
There can be broad flexibility in how this is applied, but something for Peat's sake!
Need I drop the "What would Peat say?" Seriously, if we had a forum being run by him and Hans Selye, we would accept all their rules intending to stop extreme derailments of the integrity of the forum - and frankly not complain.
Let's remember that Charlie was banning people for calling Mercola "Mr Mercola" instead of "Dr," and bringing up any concern resulted in being disingenuously accused of backseat moderating -- such that everyone started getting banned -- not quite the same level as saying "don't say nigger or you get banned/timeout."
This is not a place I send people for information or an interactive community for working out their health issues from a bioenergetic pov.
It's crazy that there's like 6 people who completely own the vibe of the place for the worse, because they exploit the feature of free speech absolutism.
A brownie with a little dog poop mixed in is never just "still a brownie."
