      Ray has spoken extensively on the benefits of marmalade and cooked orange peels for their high naringenin content. Here is how I make a delicious therapeutic marmalade.

      Ingredients:
      4 Oranges
      1 Lemon
      2 Cups Sugar
      6 Cups Water

      Squeeze the juice of your oranges and lemon. Boil the whole fruits with their peel for 10 minutes to soften the pulp and skin. Then, scrape out the pulp and discard. Thinly slice the peel in long strips. Than fill a large pot with the water, sugar, juice, and peels. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 Hours. Let it sit the fridge to solidify.
