@SpaceManJim 1g per kg of body weight is a good amount in my experience. Too much protein has negative effects on my temps and sleep. Too little (<50g) causes muscle loss and lethargy. Right mow averaging 75-80g.

Healing frequency of bees and their honey?
"When bees are in their hives they emit a healing vibratory field from their wings. Studies also found that telomere length of beekeepers is longer than average."
285 Hz - Healing and Regeneration: Linked to the theme of regeneration, this frequency is believed to assist in the healing of body, mind, and soul. It is often associated with promoting rejuvenation and a sense of well-being. The harmonious buzz of bees carries a unique frequency—approximately 200 to 400 Hz.
This is more of a pseudo-sciency theory but some people believe in the "vibrational theory" of food which states that what he eat contains unique frequencies which affect our body. Raw fresh foods would be the highest vibration. Raw honey, raw milk, and fruit for example. I wonder if these same healing frequencies from their buzz are present in the honey bees produce.
