Tips for premature ejaculation?
-
I've never been one to easily last hours (Avg 5-10 mins) but PE hasn't been a dominant issue in my life.
Recently I took a trip to Japan and let my diet completely go off the wall for 3 weeks (PUFA & soymaxxing). Since I got back, I have had a PE spike that is causing some issues for me and my partner.
I have been back to my regular diet and regime for 1.5 months now and my ejaculation time is returning to somewhat normal - but ideally, I would like to get beyond normal and last longer.
I'm sure there is a hormonal answer out there somewhere! Wondering if you guys have any experience with the subject.

@enjoyeroflife I think I’ve read that preg in high doses increases ejaculation time
-
@enjoyeroflife I don't have a chemical explanation but these things work for me.
(1. Focus on more mundane sensations. Almost meditative state.
(2. Lower heart rate. The Whiskey breath works well.Hope this helps !

Have you tried gooning?

look into breathing and premature ejaculation

@SelectiveBreeder Don't listen to this guy. Jackers off can't face the fact they're addicted to self abuse and Cope by trying to drag others down with them.

I am recommend Zoloft Prozac

@NoFapPeating I'm currently gooning over the image of Asuka breathing into her cold hands, while you wagecuck in the corporate office thinking about your fat whale wife. U mad?

A few things:
Ejaculation is driven primarily by tension in the pelvic floor. Many people who have issues with PE also have a chronically tight PF.
Strengthening: Chronic tension in the PF can be relieved by stretching and strengthening and adjusting the other muscles of the hips and pelvis to remove the chronic tension from the PF. The adductors on the legs are generally weak in most people due to modern lifestyle and a lack of lateral movement. The pelvic floor can compensate and provide stability to the pelvis when the adductors are weak. This leads to chronic tension in the PF. Exercises like the Copenhagen plank strengthen the adductors and help remove tension from the PF.
Breathing: During sexual tension, breathing often moves higher in the torso, i.e. head breathing rather than stomach breathing. This can lead to a lack of oxygenation in the pelvic floor and the penis. Hypoxia = excitotixicity = hypersensitivity and PE. Learning to breathe into the pelvic floor (it is a diaphragm) will strengthen it and keep it oxygenated, allowing you to last longer and keep the penis from becoming hypersensitive.
Thrusting: Many people keep their abdominals flexed and thrust with their whole body. This leads to a buildup of tension. Moving the spine is important to keep energy flowing and keep tension from accumulating. Thrusting should come almost entirely from the movement of the pelvis. Focusing on your thrusting form can help keep you focused on something other than the sexual stimulation and will help you last longer. Practice thrusting with your hips in a plank position. Practice makes perfect.
Hope this helps!

I think you're rather a GNC longhouse activist. -
You could be hyperventilating or are in a state of greater hyperventilation since your trip. You should measure you Control Pause. If it's below 20 seconds then there's a good chance getting it up to a least 40 seconds would help you. Buteyko breathing exercises would help increase it.
to measure Control Pause:
-Breath normal
-After a relaxed exhale, hold your breath.
-Use your index finger and thumb to plug your nose.
-Retain your breath until you feel the urge to breathe, which may include an involuntary movement of your diaphragm or neck
-time the breath hold -
@SelectiveBreeder Why are you posting pictures of yourself?
