@brad Mmmm thankyou for the recs. It’s currently summer in Australia but come winter shepherds pie and soups/broths will be my go to.
As for charcuterie - love it, but am currently opting for lower fat options as I’m trying to lose weight. Thanks!
Currently as I work 4-5 days a week I have to meal prep lunches. Aside from financially helping me, this also lets me avoid the soyslop that is served in the majority of restaurants and cafes near me.
My current regime is grassfed lean beef mince (combined with onions sautéed in butter), sweet potato and a carrot salad (w coconut oil, apple cider vinegar n salt).
Thoughts? Room for improvement or change?
This has been my go to for the past couple months and I think I am slowly starting to get sick of it so would love alternative peaty meals that are easily batchable.
@HoldenCox More info on carrot salad losing nutrients as a side dish? I currently eat it as an add on to a meal rather than a solo snack
I don’t meal prep dinners but prep lunches daily. My go to is ground beef (start with onion cooked in butter in the pan for flavour base, then add beef), sweet potato and a carrot salad on the side .
Usually top with some honey and devour as one big slop. Hits the spot taste and balance wise!
I've never been one to easily last hours (Avg 5-10 mins) but PE hasn't been a dominant issue in my life.
Recently I took a trip to Japan and let my diet completely go off the wall for 3 weeks (PUFA & soymaxxing). Since I got back, I have had a PE spike that is causing some issues for me and my partner.
I have been back to my regular diet and regime for 1.5 months now and my ejaculation time is returning to somewhat normal - but ideally, I would like to get beyond normal and last longer.
I'm sure there is a hormonal answer out there somewhere! Wondering if you guys have any experience with the subject.
@raypneat best fruit then? Currently pumping mango
@Lukey just recently started supplementing with liver guard (milk thistle) so seems like I’m on the right track
@rayp Any article suggestions? Honestly I get overwhelmed with the amount of resources!
