It seems now Charlie is citing messages from ray peat that he can't even confirm. And knowing well ray peat can't deny these messages are real.

seems like a slipper slope, he did mention in regards to large quantities but didn't specify what is large. Therefore I will not supplement creatine.

ray peat just said study of old people only did concentric exercises against some resistance and their mitochondria restored effectively younger mitochondria.

This is the one i was referring to, earlier it said i was blocked from viewing it. And considering whats going on in the now anti-ray peat forum and charlie being the one who runs that website i thought he was putting it down.
