New to ray peat, what are some supps/food that would be easy to get and start using?

When you go to the grocery store buy:
orange juice
milk
cheese
coffee
coconut oil
carrots
other fruitBefore you buy anything else, check the label for seed oils in their various forms.
If you buy one supplement, make it a d3/k2 combo.
If you buy a second supplement, make it a B complex. -

My friend, it's simple:
Make sure you're eating enough calories throughout the day.
Have a big breakfast.
Add a glass of milk and 2-3 pieces of fruit on top of your regular meals.
Avoid seed oils.These are simple things you can start doing today.
