@solbrahfan1488 Adding a tablespoon of coconut oil to your coffee every day, along with sugar and milk. Drinking 2-3 coffees a day.

@solbrahfan1488 Aside from what Brad mentioned: more sunlight, more juices/fruits, and of course slowly shifting food choices away from pufa.

When you go to the grocery store buy:

            orange juice
            milk
            cheese
            coffee
            coconut oil
            carrots
            other fruit

Before you buy anything else, check the label for seed oils in their various forms.

If you buy one supplement, make it a d3/k2 combo.
If you buy a second supplement, make it a B complex.

@solbrahfan1488 Nofap should be your first priority if you haven't committed already. It's not Peating, strictly speaking, but acts as a big multiplier on any benefits you receive from Peating.

                  My friend, it's simple:

Make sure you're eating enough calories throughout the day.
                  Have a big breakfast.
Add a glass of milk and 2-3 pieces of fruit on top of your regular meals.
                  Avoid seed oils.

These are simple things you can start doing today.

                  Good luck.

@solbrahfan1488 go to Amazon "Crown Prince Oysters" if you want to try Thyroid, farmaciasdelnino.mx. When it comes to liver I recommend keeping it simple, pan cook with cheddar cheese melted on top or just use Franks buffalo sauce.
