Which D supplements have worked best for you? Has anyone successfully raised D levels with the idealabs product Calcirol? Did you use it topically?

any brand that doesn't irritate your gut and have too many nasty excipients should work.
Now Foods or Doctors Best on amazon are fine softgels. Premier research labs or Calcirol if you want a liquid version.
