How does waashing your hands with anti bacterial soap negatively effect the gut?
-
I have seen this going around health spaces but there is this idea that washing your hands with anti bacterial soap and using hand sanitizer is bad for your gut.
Can somebody explain this.

@Gentile
"Antibacterial soap's triclosan is a mitochondrial toxin that destroys sperm motility and pancreatic beta-cells and thus likely causes infertility and diabetes." https://t.co/nybkfo67IASource https://twitter.com/ChrisMasterjohn/status/1754264396476321917

"The soaps and shampoos people use are worse problems. Just washing the skin with pure soap alters the skin's endocrine function for days. and doing it every day is an "endocrine disrupter," even if there are no toxic additives in the soap." -
@Kvirion Thanks
