What is the product or investment that you have made that has made the most difference in your health? Doesn't have to be expensive, but what helps you the most?

best peaty investment is probably the most low cost investment you can make: 130v incandescent bulbs, 40 watt, clear, 2700k. these are run in 120v socket.

this purchase has contributed more to a better mood and easier time transitioning to a parasympathetic state especially towards the evening than any other product.

if you spend the majority of your time indoors especially if you are doing any kind of reading for significant periods of time, do yourself a favor and get rid of your LED bulbs and get the incandescent bulbs as ray recommends. i call them "peat bulbs" although "ray lights" is a better name.

edit: voltage will vary depending on what part of the world you're in, but incandescent bulbs are what you are after here.

Land in a near tropical environment where fruit trees can thrive? Just spitballing…
