Yeah I will have to see. I’ll need to tryout the thiamine. I’ve taken B3 and B2 before with good results too so I imagine they should all benefit me.

I guess since i’m so sick it’s going to take a while. If the digestion kicks back in that would be the best.

Oh I’ve had weird serotonin stuff before.

If I eat the wrong thing I feel like i’m on an ssri. Serotonin overload.

A banana or a little pineapple used to cause me some serious serotonin overload symptoms. Now I can eat a banana again without that problem so I know my brain serotonin is much better.

I was unable to tolerate the tiniest dose of methylene blue during that same time.

Do you think metals from vaccines are what causes us to have these insane needs for B1??

I don't eat pork either. Pigs aren't ruminant animals so their fat is the same as what they're fed which is PUFA.

They do contribute to the body's load of toxins, including heavy metals.

Here's a list of sources for mercury.

My long term plan is to test for heavy metals then chelate them out the body. But I know vitamins taken the right way can help my symptoms in the mean time at least. Really hope so as I’ve had great results in the past.

That's all they're fed??? I don't know.... The last time I ate any pork was about 15 years ago; it was a slice of smoked ham from a wild local feral pig smoked by the local small town establishment. It was really tasty. No telling what it had been eating.... I don't want to know.

My parents used to keep pigs when they lived on a farm and in pictures from that time they are glowing with health.

They were fed a diet pretty similar to that.

Modern pork i know is fed soy. I hate the smell of soy pig feed. Meat from hell

Just don't let anybody chelate you without you also taking thiamine. Chelating a patient who is thiamine deficient can result in death of the patient.

That’s good to know. Im going to make sure to load myself up on thiamine. Plenty of time until then.

I'm high dosing thiamine hcl because I have mercury poisoning; there isn't a safe effective way to chelate mercury but my symptoms are pretty much resolved so I'll probably just keep doing what I'm doing until Boyd Haley's Emeramide is approved by the FDA. They've been sitting on the approval for over 15 years.

Thiamine making me anxious after feeling good for a day. Trying to cook some potatoes and i’m going to add some magnesium and salt to them to see if I calm down.

You almost certainly will if you've been gulping fluids this Thursday Ms Health. Be generous with the salt. And if you must drink with or on top of it, make it the bare minimum to quench, in tiny half-tongue sized sips.

Almost every day before sleep I sip my way through a strongly brewed chamomile tea with a little pinch of salt and a generous but not heaped teaspoon of honey or sugar in it. Somewhere between that and a salty, "balanced" dinner. I'm almost always in a kind of calm-but-energetic mode that makes for a good passage in to sleep.
