My long term plan is to test for heavy metals then chelate them out the body. But I know vitamins taken the right way can help my symptoms in the mean time at least. Really hope so as I’ve had great results in the past.

Yeah but you wouldn’t eat pigs fed milk and potatoes? Seems like a clean food but I’m not sure..
That's all they're fed??? I don't know.... The last time I ate any pork was about 15 years ago; it was a slice of smoked ham from a wild local feral pig smoked by the local small town establishment. It was really tasty. No telling what it had been eating.... I don't want to know.

My parents used to keep pigs when they lived on a farm and in pictures from that time they are glowing with health.
They were fed a diet pretty similar to that.
Modern pork i know is fed soy. I hate the smell of soy pig feed. Meat from hell

Just don't let anybody chelate you without you also taking thiamine. Chelating a patient who is thiamine deficient can result in death of the patient.

@mostlylurking
That’s good to know. Im going to make sure to load myself up on thiamine. Plenty of time until then.

I'm high dosing thiamine hcl because I have mercury poisoning; there isn't a safe effective way to chelate mercury but my symptoms are pretty much resolved so I'll probably just keep doing what I'm doing until Boyd Haley's Emeramide is approved by the FDA. They've been sitting on the approval for over 15 years.

Thiamine making me anxious after feeling good for a day. Trying to cook some potatoes and i’m going to add some magnesium and salt to them to see if I calm down.

@questforhealth
You almost certainly will if you've been gulping fluids this Thursday Ms Health. Be generous with the salt. And if you must drink with or on top of it, make it the bare minimum to quench, in tiny half-tongue sized sips.
Almost every day before sleep I sip my way through a strongly brewed chamomile tea with a little pinch of salt and a generous but not heaped teaspoon of honey or sugar in it. Somewhere between that and a salty, "balanced" dinner. I'm almost always in a kind of calm-but-energetic mode that makes for a good passage in to sleep.

I'll be back again at the weekend.

Wtf it’s pouring out of me and my face looks like a different person... Scary
-
I wish I wasnt so anemic I want to go cut a tree down right now tbh

I have been feeling a bit better taking iron supplements and eating red meat and beef heart as well as chocolate and goat milk.
I do wonder though, what’s the most androgenic fruits? So far I’ve observed green fruit and veg can be ok and so can white so is it best to stick to things like kiwi and bananas? Oranges can slow me a bit or anything weird coloured.

@questforhealth
Lol, spirited. Here's hoping you calmed down and got to bed instead though.
I think I was missing some context in my drive-by comment last night...

@questforhealth
What was?
-
Water. back and forth to the toilet All night long after eating salted potatoes..
I can’t sleep at night much. Get weird headaches after eating food now. Should pass soon though.

ripe papaya or blood oranges for me. never got any bloating or distension from these whereas some other fruits i enjoy aren't very agreeable (white asian pears), whether it be due to the fructose or fiber composition. i could eat 4 oranges in one sitting and have zero issues, other fruits, not so much....
likewise with fresh ripe papaya but it's a pain to find in northern climate...

@questforhealth
Ahhhhh interesting ok. Almost a "brisk diuresis" from that solute load.
I wanted to come back with some more (simple) nuance that may assist you in "normalising" this fluid behavior slowly. And the drive to do it. Which I know, can be insatiable if a person's gotten there and gotten used to it.
I'm gonna reread your original RPF post and the comments in that other thread first. In case there's something else.
