Substances stopped affecting me altogether. It felt like my nervous system had completely crashed. Should someone say something to you that gives you cause for alarm, verify of your own accord.

The hypothyroid (other descriptors are available) talk a lot of shit sneedster. And may quite literally talk themselves or be talked in to in to hospital. Where, miraculously, during that period, ARDS and response to it was redefined and prone to increase mortality (fact). Hell, it might even be possible to talk yourself right in to a mortuary without sharing a word.
