Maybe someone with more dedicated brain activity to spare can look into that more profoundly.
I'm far too busy.
Dandruff or scalp irritation? Try BLOO.

Secondly how would Peaty foods destroy the liver? If someone eats loads of sugar every day maybe, or, loads of saturated fat, etc. But this just goes back to there being no Peat diet so there's no protocol.
I don't know. But TCM has interesting things to say about the relationship between our organs.

But if you see my X account you'll see that others are equally convinced about the keto fad as being the ultimate. They see everyone sick because they eat carbs. It is EXACTLY the same.
I agree. There's a pattern here. Probably something they all have in common. Something that may rub off, if you spend too much time thinking in their direction or talking to them. And you're not careful about it.

He clearly failed to "detox" thoroughly before trying the official Ray Peat diet.
I think I did this a lot at the beginning actually, in a way. And I needed the energy to know. And it hurt a bit.
What issues was/is he having? I know he would bounce around from extreme to extreme but I don't remember what he was trying to cure. Whatever it is must be pretty severe.
I'd call it complex before I'd call it severe. And probably not uncommon.
Appreciate the whole thought MD but this in particular.

if "charlie" is even one person
And to be fair. I could be more than one, metaphorically. Before I had a handle on it. Now I just have to be careful and remember.
Fair, that'll do. In particular because it's about another person.
I like how it begins and "ends" in particular. Thank you Jen.

There may or may not be other reasons he was hosting too. Why would you have a "moderation strategy", and why would you keep it a secret.

He probably doesn't understand his body's reactions
Nutshell. But there's another why behind that too.
