The ramblings of an occultist may be useful. Assuming I and all can be very very careful with it.

Guy's all over the place. He'll come around.
Still. I begrudgingly wish him well.

RE: Vitamin A and D deficiency increases liver cancer
I'd be interested to see the numbers on "Nutrition Detective, PLLC". But I can't seem to locate this entity... hmm.

I wanna know what Dinkov thinks about this.

I can’t help but feel like it’s a psyop.
Most of anything commercial and broadcast does to me at least once a year. I may be late to notice this also applies to "normal" people now. Anyone can commercialise themselves, become a brand. Whether they actually have something or they're just willing to scrape the barrel. I thought "influencers" were all women selling cosmetics and handbags. Beside the talking heads making celebrity in "alternative" media. Forgive me for avoiding twitter almost entirely for 14 years, passively browsing it for 2 during the rona crap until the API was shrouded, and actually paying attention on account for 8 short months. What a shitshow.
Still I've wondered. If it is it's old. Legitimate stupidity seems more likely.

RE: Sleepy after coffee
Sounds circadian.
You could try to salt or increase salt with your lunch and dinner. And consider adding a small pinch to afternoon/evening drinks or drinking less/proportionally to solids at those times.
For the why, look in to rhythms of renin, angiotensin, aldosterone and vasopressin. In animals that aren't distracted from instinct in the way "modern" life often demands us to be.
Vasopressin here.
And it only gets more important with age.

Have you taken it much? Just curious.

Are you sure you don't want to take more holistic/bioenergetic advice.
"HCQ" and "IVM" were suspiciously popular, suspiciously quickly.

RE: Tinnitus remedies?
Makes sense to me revenant. I used to struggle with tinnitus a lot after gigs (which also inevitably involved some alcohol abuse). Before RP nudged me to pay closer attention to fluid tonicity and consider why I appear to have solidity. And RPF posters sent me down various rabbit holes on the subject.
I think it's all connected. To my mind, fluid dynamics might be shot at a grand unified theory in health. If there can be such a thing. But I don't have it figured out. And I won't ever alone.
When a retinal disrespector was talking about perspiration issues on twitter I wondered if they were also chasing a particular kind of structural and therefore metabolic state. Happened on this but went no further with it. Yet.

I wish they wouldn't.
On an unrelated note. Maximise your hope and minimise your doom. Read in to that, it's only logical.

RE: Whats the better low EMF setup? Laptop or Computer?
@Mauritio said in Whats the better low EMF setup? Laptop or Computer?:
you mean use the chromebook as a remote of some sort ? That's a good idea. Or maybe I'll just get a simple, wireless keyboard (they're pretty low EMF) and use it with my laptop.
Exactly that. But your other idea seems fine too. Anything to put some distance between the I/O and the (most performant) compute will do really.
I don't have an EMF meter (yet) but I'm sure my serious equipment would be disgustingly noisy if I measured it. I don't like to be anywhere near it.
@Mauritio said in Whats the better low EMF setup? Laptop or Computer?:
What's RDP?
Just one widely available screen and input remoting protocol. Used to be Microsoft specific but now very widely available. Commonly called xrdp in Linux.
