Have you had a doctor discuss possible causes? I mean this must be some serious testicular issue given that other hormones are in range. I'd be curious what your DHT is at. Also why is your B12 so high?
-
@Master so ive been working with the doctors since april of last year, been a really slow procedure & have had numerous tests since. Recently had an MRI done on my pituitary & came back clear about 2 weeks ago, & then had bloods done ago last week. Theyve diagnosed my with hypogonadotropic hypogonadism & tbh ive been doing everything i can think of to improve it naturally (following majority of the bioenergetics guidelines as well as research deeper n deeper). Idk why i have high b12 but its been high since 2022 & ive never supplemented (i originally thought maybe it was due to a high nutrient dense diet, but in 2022 i was defo not eating a nutrient dense diet). I spoke to Hans & he thinks its a possible SIBO so gonna research into that. Appreciate all the help & you actually caring in advance. Ask for more details

I currently feel like I have low androgens due to crashing my copper and iron because of what charlie told me to do (lol) and I find hawthorn tea is good for blood flow.
Have you tried beef tallow?
-
@questforhealth what did charlie say , tbf my copper to zinc is 1:10 so i dont think thats a concern, is my serum ferritin in a good spot??
why beef tallow?
-
Grass fed beef tallow specifically, for stearic acid and low pufa and high sat fat. I used to love that stuff, even the grain fed before charlie’s advice messed me up.
Made me very creative or idk if that’s the right way of say it but thinking of ways to make money and made me just get up and do stuff . Seeing opportunities everywhere.
Idk about ferritin but if you aren’t anemic like me probably fine.
Have you tried beef hearts too? those can be nice

@questforhealth https://imgur.com/a/LPL7wPu diet plus supplements
-
Is your beef suet grass fed or grain fed? Also I like to read about botany one my spare time and I know for a fact a lot of plant defence chemicals are estrogenic/borderline toxic. Anything coming from a leaf or stem is mildly or very toxic and if you are overwhelming the liver with supplements it causes all sorts of problems. Lettuce grown hydroponically can accumulate birth control pills from water. Same for hydroponic tomatoes probably. Fruits are food for humans. Let ruminants eat the leafy plants and make real food for you.
Is your body temp good? Do you feel high thyroid?
-
@nomaanali212 It would be good not to listen to too much advice as it may be conflicting...
Maybe focus on Hans's guidelines for a while - he is a brilliant guy.Has anybody made a systemic background check on you? I mean what is your family health history, in which type of environment do you live? What were the circumstances where your problem started? Have you been exposed to any toxins or large amounts of GMO foods? Which drugs/supps have you taken before?
-
@questforhealth liver enzymes look good dont they??? and its occasional lettuce. no idea if suet is grassfed, i get it from a halal butchers n they wont have a clue
-
I feel warmer eating less plants. I’ve had a good metabolism so many times then eaten some vegetable or carrots and crashed.
You know what man. I’ve taken too much cypro over the past few days Im chatting absolute shit but maybe still something to think about
Plants can be friends but they don’t want to be eaten... They can’t run away so they need to be toxic
For example parsley makes you infertile

Systemic background check??
Just a fancy name to learn about some external possible environmental/behavioral, etc. causes.
but used to be 38% bf & lost 50kg over 2 years so probs crashed hormones n released alot of pufa, but ive been doing everything in my powers for the past 1.5-2 years to resurrect it
So, obesity/PUFA may caused problems at first.
Have you tried Hans's protocol to deplete PUFA? https://testonation.com/2021/08/24/how-to-deplete-yourself-of-pufa-quickly-and-safely/Moreover, there is also his excellent article about the best possible methods to raise T https://testonation.com/2018/11/14/75-proven-ways-to-boost-testosterone-production/
BTW Have doctors tried to give you HCG (which should raise T), to see how you react to it? Probably it's not the best way, but a least something to experiment with when other methods fail...
You may be interested in reading this study https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2948422/ It's about hypogonadism in older guys, but still a lot of universally useful info/suggestions.
